How coaching works:
Wherever you are in your life, we'll simply start there. By listening and asking powerful questions, I help you clarify what you stand for and what your heart desires. Through this process, your goals and accomplishments will be aligned with your deepest values, you'll build on your strengths to be the best you can be.
As your coach, I begin by listening to you. We'll take your goals, if you have defined them, and make a plan. If you're not sure what you want, that's okay, and quite common. The coaching process will help reveal goals that will bring you fulfillment.
For most people, coaching is a powerful process of self-discovery. Connecting more deeply to yourself, you'll be naturally guided to make the best choices for yourself, to take each step and make changes that lead to a happier life.
There are no 'shoulds' or judgements when you work with me, only possibilities and only what feels right for you at each step of the way. Our work together flows in response to what is happening in your life, so the pace feels comfortable, the changes feel manageable.
The results you achieve will depend in large part on you, and whether you engage in the process fully. Choose to commit yourself and you will see staggering results. As your coach, I promise my full attention and total commitment to the process of helping you achieve your dreams. I will ask the same of you.
- Coaching sessions are confidential.
- Coaching sessions last from 30 - 120 minutes.
- Sessions are scheduled one to four times a month, depending on need.
- Most coaching takes place on the telephone, and sometimes via e-mail.
- In-person sessions are also possible, depending on proximity. The client may choose the location (office, home, coach's office, coffee shop), but additional charges will apply if coach travels).
- Coaching is done either individually, or in groups, upon agreement.
- Laser coaching and e-mail between sessions are client extras.
